Crème Treatment Store cancellation policy

We assume that you always have a good reason to cancel. However, we cannot possibly take this into account. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In case of cancellation or failure to keep an appointment without prior notice, the service amount will be charged in whole or in part. If you cancel or reschedule within 4 hours, we will always charge 100% of your appointment, regardless of the reason.
